Description of the Service

Stilbauer provides artificial intelligence (AI)-driven tools for interior design, residential exterior design, virtual staging, paint color visualization, and other design-related solutions. Users may upload photographs or structural materials to receive AI-generated design alternatives, spatial layouts, and visual recommendations. The Service is provided as an interactive automation platform, and the generated outputs are subject to the technical parameters and credit terms outlined herein.

Account Registration

To access all features and functionalities of the Service, you are required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You are solely responsible for all activities, actions, and transactions conducted through your account. To register for an account and use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

User Content / Your Uploads

You retain ownership of all images, photos, and materials that you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Stilbauer a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, replicate, and process these images solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Service (including the generation of design alternatives and visual layouts). We do not claim any ownership rights over your uploaded content. You represent and warrant that you possess all necessary rights and permissions to upload and process such content through the Service.

Generated Content

The design images and visual outputs generated by the artificial intelligence within the Service are provided for your personal and commercial use. You are permitted to utilize the generated images for interior design planning, real estate listings, marketing, social media, and other lawful business purposes. Stilbauer does not guarantee exclusivity of the generated designs, as similar user prompts, inputs, or source photographs may result in similar visual outputs for different users.

Acceptable Use Policy

You explicitly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purposes. Uploading images, photos, or data that contain unlawful, harmful, offensive, or explicitly obscene (adult) content. Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the artificial intelligence (AI) models, source code, or underlying technologies used by the Service. Utilizing any automated systems, bots, scrapers, or tools to extract data or content from the Service without prior written consent. Interfering with, disrupting, or compromising the integrity, operation, or security of the Service, its servers, or its underlying infrastructure. Impersonating any other individual, entity, or organization. Reselling, redistributing, leasing, or commercializing the Service itself or access to its functionality without explicit prior written authorization.

Free and Paid Features

The Service provides exclusive access to its tools and generation features solely on a paid basis. Free access is strictly limited to browsing the available tools and interface options. Stilbauer reserves the right to modify, restrict, update, or discontinue any feature, tool, or functionality at any time without prior notice. Credits purchased for access to the tools have no expiration date and remain valid until they are fully consumed or expended by the user.

Refund Policy

Purchased credit packs are non-refundable. Stilbauer does not offer refunds or chargebacks for any acquired credits. Once a purchase is successfully processed through our payment gateway, the credits are instantly tied to your user profile and must be used in full for your design projects. Please note that all financial transactions are absolute, final, and cannot be withdrawn, reversed, or canceled. We strongly encourage you to browse our interface and review the available feature descriptions to evaluate the platform before making any financial commitment.

Failed Generations and Credit Deductions

In the event that a design project generation fails due to a technical error, system malfunction, or processing issue on our platform, no credits will be deducted from your account. Credits are only permanently consumed upon the successful completion and delivery of the generated visual output or layout.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Outputs and Disclaimer

All visual outputs, designs, and plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Stilbauer does not warrant or guarantee that the AI-generated projects, layouts, or data will be architecturally precise, structurally feasible, code-compliant, or suitable for actual construction or manufacturing. The generated materials are intended solely for visualization, conceptualization, and creative inspiration. You must consult with a licensed architect, structural engineer, or qualified construction professional before making any structural changes, renovations, or purchasing decisions based on AI-generated content. Any reliance on the generated outputs is strictly at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service, including but not limited to its visual design, software interface, source code, branding, logos, graphics, and underlying artificial intelligence (AI) models and proprietary technologies, is the exclusive property of Stilbauer and is protected by applicable national and international intellectual property, copyright, and trademark laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights, titles, or licenses to use our trademarks, commercial logos, or any other distinctive brand features without our explicit prior written consent.

Specifications & Availability

Specifications and Product Availability Disclaimer

The Service may provide automatically generated manufacturer specifications, parts lists, assembly handbooks, or material codes (including, but not limited to, RAL paint color codes, specific textile patterns, and third-party furniture panel models). Stilbauer makes no representations or warranties regarding the absolute real-world color match, current market availability, dimensional accuracy, or inventory status of these items. It is the sole responsibility of the user to physically verify all materials, shades, and component details with the respective suppliers or manufacturers prior to placement of purchase orders, execution of paint works, or commencement of furniture fabrication.

Third-Party Brands and Logos

The Service may mention, display, or utilize product names, catalogs, aesthetics, or logos belonging to third-party home and furniture brands. All such trademarks, registered marks, and company names remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Reference to or display of these brands within the Service is done solely for illustrative, stylistic, and visual simulation purposes and does not constitute or imply any official affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership between Stilbauer and the respective brand owners.

Prohibition on Data Mining and AI Training

You are strictly prohibited from using any content, designs, images, or layouts obtained from the Service to train, fine-tune, validate, or develop automated machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence models, or neural networks. Data scraping, mining, harvesting, or automated extraction of any assets from Stilbauer is strictly prohibited without prior explicit written agreement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. STILBAUER DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STILBAUER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (III) ANY CONTENT GENERATED OR OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL STILBAUER'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO STILBAUER FOR THE ACCUSED TRANSACTION OR CREDIT PACK WITHIN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS.

Termination

Stilbauer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service and your user account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a material breach of these Terms of Use. You may delete your account at any time by contacting our customer support. Upon termination, your legal right to access and utilize the Service, its tools, and any remaining credit balances will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, disclaimers of warranties, and limitations of liability.

Changes to These Terms

Stilbauer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time.
